Prices and general terms & conditions

  • All prices are in euros per person per day with half-board and a minimum stay of 7 days.
  • Tourist tax is of €3.00/person/day for guests aged 14 and over, added to the prices quoted. The tourist tax is to be paid on departure and is specifically indicated on your bill. 


Prices include:

  • Rich breakfast buffet with all kinds of homemade desserts.
  • Three-course dinner of your choice, dessert, large salad and appetizer buffet.
  • Weekly aperitif and dinner with local specialities and various desserts.
  • The use of our “Enrosadira” wellness area with Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, Turkish steam bath and large relaxation area with water beds.
  • Wi-Fi access.
  • Garden with deck chairs, ping-pong table and playground with trampoline.
  • Indoor playroom.
  • Fitness room with training equipment.
  • Bike storage during summer (and bike rental for a profitable fee in collaboration with Bike Top Badia).
  • Heated ski room with boot dryer during winter.
  • Car park.


Discounts for extra beds:

The following discounts apply for persons staying in the same room with two paying adults:

  • Children
    • 0-2 years: -70%
    • 3-6 years: -50%
    • 7-12 years: -30%
    • 13-16 years: -20%
  • Adults: -15%


Supplements:

  • Double room for single use (on request and subject to availability):
    • from €20.00 to €80.00
  • Pets:
    • Your four-legged friend (please note separate regulations)is welcome in our hotel by prior arrangement. The daily rate is:
      • Small pet: €10.00
      • Medium-sized pet: €15.00
      • Large pet: €20.00


Arrivals and departures:

  • Rooms are considered reserved from 1:00 pm on your day of arrival until 10:00 am on your day of departure.
  • Please inform us if you wish to check-in after 7:00 pm so we can arrange the details.
  • It is forbidden to smoke in the bedrooms and communal areas; please do not throw cigarette butts out of windows or from balconies.


Booking guarantee:

  • Reservations are binding following payment of the agreed deposit for each room (approx. 30% of the total price) and written confirmation from us.

Payment terms:

The bill for your stay can be paid as follows:

  • In cash (for a total amount of less than €5,000.00)
  • By credit or debit card (Diners Club or American Express not accepted)
  • Cheque
  • Instant bank transfer (in which case the balance must be paid before your arrival).


Conditions in the event of cancellation:

(according with Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Protection Law):

The unexpected can always happen: cancellation is inconvenient both for you and for us.

There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law.


However, with effect from the date of written notification, we accept the following cancellation terms:

  • up to 60 days before arrival:

refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee of € 50.00 for each room, or credit of the full amount for a future stay.

  • less than 60 days before arrival:

loss of your deposit

  • from 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival:

40% of the total price

  • less than 8 days before arrival:

70% of the total price

  • in case of late arrival, early departure, unoccupied beds or a no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged, minus the cost of non-taken-meals.


We recommend that you sign a travel insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation, curtailment and/or delay:
